Kevin's customer service was exceptional! At midnight, he talked me through what to do to keep the pipes from freezing and provided the option of coming to the house. I decided to wait, and he repaired the furnace right away this morning. He was very professional, informative, and helpful. Update- about a year later, the igniter stopped working, and I questioned whether the 20 year old furnace needed to be replaced. The technician repaired a minor issue and indicated there is still life in the furnace. As before, service was honest, timely, and professional. They do great work. We called them the day before about our heaters not working right at the Ralco Distribution Center. They came the next day and had them running before noon. I would recommend them every time you have have heating or cooling issue.
