Evans Family Pet Care is a welcoming and professional clinic. The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and kind, taking the time to educate customers and their pets. Communication is excellent, with prompt responses to phone, online, and voicemail messages. The clinic is very clean, and the staff provides top-notch care for pets, earning 5-star reviews and high recommendations.
Both times the staff has been extremely friendly and patient, both with my anxious chi mix and my small children that were very curious. They took the time to educate everyone and make it a great experience for all. Also, the communication is very good. We have reached out by phone, online messaging and after-hours voicemail, all were returned and answered very quickly.
Came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by my Sister when I moved to Marshall,MN...very clean clinic, kind, caring & patient staff with all my questions for this first time CAT owner, ggl...so we'll be back!!! Thanks Dr Evans & Staff!!!
Great caring people! My dog had to have all her teeth pulled. They did a thorough blood panel and x-rays beforehand to make sure all was well. They kept me updated on her surgery and recovery. I was contacted for updates on my dog's recovery and a post surgery appointment is scheduled. Very caring people and a great experience for my furgirl! Plus, her breath is 1000x better!?
