Kayla is phenomenal, and is great to work with! She is a great listener , and is wonderful at making sure I have been comfortable for both of my appointments. She is great at explaining everything in detail and is very professional.The entire staff has been kind and professional as well. This location is very clean and their products are really nice!Will definitely recommend to anyone and making appointments here is my new favorite self care thing to do!

didn't give me any direction on how to position myself for the wax just went to town and started ripping out hair after applying baby powder witch isn't a product I ever use on myself. I've never experienced that much pain from a wax and I've never had to deal with hairs and wax left over.Edit: had a terrible first experience but after posting Sara reached out to ask about my terrible 1st experienceWe found time to and she was able to fix the mistakes left by the first person who I originally got seen by.
