We were in the process of a Bathroom Remodel, when we got scammed by the people we hired. They basically botched up the job, and took off.

In the meantime, they had used all the tile we had ordered from The Tile Shop.

We had to start over, getting the bathroom demoed, and everything torn out, including the tile.

We went into The Tile Shop, and explained what happened. They gave us a very generous discount since we had to re-order all of the tile. We were floored (pun intended)!

This act of kindness saved us some money, and made the pain a little less.

These guys are absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable, patient & helpful. They answered my millions of questions, perfectly matched my grout, told me about their instructional videos & even loaded everything in my truck for me! My Heroes

This has got to be the friendliest staff I have ever seen in a store. From entering the store to walking to the back, everyone greeted me. Cody assisted me in getting a product to put down on my cement floor to prevent moisture. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and even carried the item out to my car for me. The manager and his staff are amazing and should all be proud of the atmosphere they've created for their customers to walk into. Great experience!!!
