Great service! Friendly, professional, and the guy that works there/possibly owns the place has an amazing memory. I brought my coat there and after a week when I went to pick it up, the guy remembered my name! He didn't need to look at anything, he just remembered! I can only guess he's some sort of magician, or he actually remembers all his customers. Incredible!

My recent experience with Plaza Cleaners, Maple Grove, is the best I’ve ever had with a dry cleaning business! I needed a suit cleaned, and remembered seeing Plaza Cleaners in passing. I was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter with kind, cheerful & informed customer service. My questions were confidently answered, and I was offered an online coupon to use on pick up. Upon pick up, my suit looked great, and experienced that same great customer service! Returning home, I took a closer look and a pant leg cuff on suit had been repaired at no charge! A fine business with mostly friendly people. They do a great job and on time. For me they are a bit on the expensive side, but it's worth it for a mostly friendly staff. Mark In Maple Grove
