Carmen did a great job! It was our first visit and I was a little nervous because Roxy is an older shih tzu, but she did just fine. I love the results.

Carmen is amazing! She actually listens to what you want and delivers. My little yorkie Chloe has shown lots of anxiety with other groomers and that is not the case with Carmen. I love that it is a little shop attached to her home, yet still very clean and professional. Very flexible with hours. I am so glad we found Paws Up!!!
