Danielle ordered my cervical ablations for the right and left sides of my neck. I usually see Alyssa, but I couldn't get in with her in time. She was courteous, thorough, and answered all my questions. She's a great NP and I would go see her again if I couldn't get in with Alyssa. I highly recommend all of the providers at iSpine in Maple Grove!
Taylor. was just great! My first visit with her, and she was very insightful. I would recommend her very highly, as well as my usual practitioner Valerie. I spine is a great facility, and well managed, thoughtful, compassionate and empathetic.
I saw Alexandra twice. She is very nice and listens. Tge first visit i had, she explainedtge results of my MRI. Great. At the end of the appt. We decided tgst an injection in another area would be the way to go. She was going to talk with my doctor and get back to me. She never did. A couple of days before my last appt. I received a letter saying that the injection was approved and that i had 60 days before it expired. Which Alexandra said was really 30 days but she could extend the time if i couldn’t get an appt. We also discussed an alternate treatment. That discussion went well.
The staff at Maple Grove are great.
