The surgical process was outstanding but scheduling with Northwest Eye was horrible. 20 minutes and what seemed like travel around the world to make an appointment resulted in a frustration point of hanging up. Happy with Dr.Ramsey and treatment he provided. In spite of existing problems with the retina in my right eye the result is visual clarity I haven’t had for 50 years. But their scheduling system is difficult and inefficient to the point where patients might be discouraged from seeking treatment.

Knowing I have to have my cataracts removed makes me very nervous. But once Dr. Ramsey talked to me I felt very much at ease. I even found out my sister-in-law had him for her cataract surgery as well and was very satisfied with him.
