I felt that my exam was very thorough and that I was able to have my concerns addressed. I was pleased to be referred to another specialist to have one of my issues addressed. Dr Ramsey was very good about explaining everything as he did the exam and he listened to my questions answering them as we moved through the exam.
The surgical process was outstanding but scheduling with Northwest Eye was horrible. 20 minutes and what seemed like travel around the world to make an appointment resulted in a frustration point of hanging up. Happy with Dr.Ramsey and treatment he provided. In spite of existing problems with the retina in my right eye the result is visual clarity I haven’t had for 50 years. But their scheduling system is difficult and inefficient to the point where patients might be discouraged from seeking treatment.
