Great people and a great wash. The drying isn’t as efficient as other places so that could be improved. Be tactical about which lane you choose: they do not go in order of cars arrival!

Went in here for the first time. Wanted to use the vacuums, but wasn’t sure if I needed to purchase a car wash first. I pulled up to get a car wash and decided to ask the lady working there, and she said a car wash is not required to use the vacuums. I ended up getting the basic car wash and then used their vacuums. Good to know for future use that I can just use the vacuums without getting a car wash. Vacuums work great. The suction is good.

I tried Crew car wash for the first time on Friday. I was pleasantly surprised at the worker who greeted me at my car, explained the prices and didn’t pressure me to buy a monthly pass. She handed me a receipt said if I completed the survey would receive $5 off my next car wash but never mentioned requesting give 5 stars or whatever the rating system is (I find this commonly occurs when someone hands you a survey). Overall a great experience, I will be back.
