Only 1 person is really decent at doing nails I’ve been there a few times sometimes they charge you $5 for a coffin shape and they dont even tell you until you’re all done. They recently raised the prices for their acrylics and also didn’t inform me of the price jump till it was time to pay. I won’t be going back anymore because just after 1 week of having my nails done 2 of them broke and they aren’t thrilled about you coming in to fix the nail. That was the last straw. I will be looking for a new nail salon

I've been to top nails twice now. The first for a pedicure and yesterday being the second for a manicure. Both times I received excellent service and both services turned out amazing. The staff is very friendly while being great at conversation. The only negative thing I would say would be over filing/being in one spot of the nail for too long with the drill. After I voiced that it was starting to become painful, it wasn't an issue.

If I could rate it lower that a 1 Star I would! We called ahead for 4 pedicure appointments and came when they requested. When we got there, there was only 2 workers. They set us up in cold foot baths and after waiting 40 minutes and not yet being helped, remember we came when they asked us to, we walked out! Not impressed at all! Oh and it had a very strong smell!!!!
