I cannot emphasize how much respect I have for these land lords, when I first moved into my 6 bedroom house we had several issues, ranging from the ac not operating properly, to the garages not opening, to certain outlets not working at all. All of these problems were addressed and fixed within two weeks of us notifying them. When we thought the basement was flooding( it wasn't) the land lord was here in 2 hrs to look at it. Not only do they care for their tenants, they also invest in us, just like we invested in them. I could not be happier with our choice.
