Steven Herme was excellent! Went above and beyond to troubleshoot what our issue was! Very polite and respectful also. This is the 2nd time we have had KRI to our establishment, and both were positive experiences. Every employee has been so nice and cordial that I have talked to.
Jesse and Donnie showed up on-time (early). They were diligent while inspecting our roof. They communicated thoroughly about the possible issues and made the repairs. Thank you Jesse and Donnie
