About JCPenney
JCPenney is a well-established retail chain offering a wide selection of apparel and home furnishings since 1902. The store provides a variety of options for kids, men, and women, including footwear, jewelry, and accessories, with free shipping and curbside pickup available. Customers have noted a mix of experiences at the Mankato, MN location. Some shoppers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, and the store's decent prices and large selection. However, there are concerns about the store's organization, limited stock, and outdated items. While many enjoy the shopping experience, some have left disappointed due to a lack of available sizes and chaotic layout. Additionally, the in-store salon has received positive feedback for its services. Overall, JCPenney continues to be a place where shoppers can find essentials and more, but improvements are needed in certain areas to enhance the overall shopping experience.
