I have been legally blind in 1 eye for 42 years due to a chicken pox scar on my cornea. My vision could not be corrected with glasses, and a corneal transplant would not guarantee the restoration of my vision. In my first visit with Eye Q Vision, for a usual prescription update, Dr. Angela took the time to try something new that no other optometrist, or ophthalmologist had yet tried. She fitted me with a scleral lens……..and I can now see for the first time since I was 6. I did not go in looking for a solution, but a curious doctor took the time to solve my life long problem. I had an issue with my eyes come up suddenly and was struggling to find an eye doctor on a Friday afternoon. After calling five other places—one of which had an eye doctor but refused to see me since I wasn’t a recent patient—my husband found Eye Q Vision. They were able to get me in the same day, conducted a thorough exam to ensure nothing serious was going on, and even followed up afterward to check on me. The staff was absolutely incredible, and I truly appreciate their help. If you're in the area, I highly recommend them! We drove an hour to see them, and it was well worth the trip.

I stopped in for eyeglass frame adjustment. I was helped almost immediately even though it was busy at that time. The staff were very courteous and were quickly able to adjust my eyeglass frame. I inquired about a exam and it just happened to have a cancellation so I was able to have my exam and select a replacement pair of eyeglasses. I was additionally impressed that the staff knew how I was even though I had not been to this new location. Everyone was helpful, and even though I was the last customer of the day, they took the time to deliver professional care without making me feel rushed or pressured to make decisions.
