Took my special needs child there for her 2 dances. I was told the times the dances would be. We got there 20 minutes before the 1st one was to start, only to find out they did it already without her.....My child went out on stage in 1 costume & it was supposed to be the other costume. My child was confused, stressed, & frustrated. I had already made these people aware of my child's needs, they ignored that. She was lost in what she was supposed to do & where to go. Plus, they took my child off into a room without even telling me where they were going. They knew my child is to have myself or her staff with her at all times.
