Body Concepts has amazing SERVICES & Staff. It is my main "go-to" for relaxation & self care! There are so many options to select from, whether you choose one or select a package ... It is definitely a "SPA" experience at a good value, as well!

My husband and I had a very relaxing experience. The salt room along with the foot massage was everything we needed to relax in a calm environment. The detoxing footpath was extremely interesting and eye opening. Definitely check it out.

Body Concepts is the BEST place for self care. If you have a hard time finding a place to relax, and or need a good gift idea for someone, you need to check out Body Concepts. They have amazing self care options to choose from and gifts/ gift card for someone special. My favorites are the massage therapists, salt room, and sauna pod. I also love the clothing and gift shop. Clothing is great quality and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend ❤️
