I needed my 10 year old washer repaired and Dan came out to fix the problem only to find out there was more problems than I expected. He came back on a Saturday morning and was honest and very helpful. I realized that it was cheaper to buy a new washer and the money I initially spent on repairs was used towards the purchase price of the new one. Not only that, but my new washer will be delivered on Monday. I will never go anywhere else from here on out.
