“Following is the text of feedback email I send to West Metro Lawn and Snow:

Hi; this has been my first season as a customer for your lawn services and as we reach the end of the season wanted to take the opportunity to provide you with feedback on my experience during this season

My lawn started the season heavily damaged by vole activity during the winter. The way your team managed cutting height and treatments during the season resulted in an outstanding recovery that was beyond my expectations. My lawn has never looked as good as it does. Your team has done a fantastic job taking care of it and the services provided (I bought the full package of your lawn services). They have executed things not only by committed schedule but have taken incredible care on executing it with excellence taking care of running the equipment without damaging any of the common features in a lawn (flowerbeds; gutter spouts etc.). People make a difference in a service business such as yours. Keep taking care of your employees; training them and please extend this recognition to them. They deliver a great customer experience that is what sustains your brand.

Your services are not the cheapest in the industry and that is PERFECTLY FINE!! You are delivering a superior experience and value proposition for your customers, and you have earned my repeated business for next season. Please do not fall into the spiral of death that is a race to the bottom versus your competition.

The only (minor) opportunity for improvement I would raise is the possibility of your mowers to mulch the clippings as they work through the lawn; clumps of cut grass were visible after mowing services and it would be awesome is the mowers would mulch these and reintegrated them to the lawn. Again, a minor item for improvement and quite frankly I am not sure if commercial mowers have this functionality.

“Huge THANK YOU to Nick @ Larson Landscape for being our roadside Angel!I can't speak for their landscape services, but I can say if they treat your lawn anything like they treated us when we broke down on the side of the road you will be well taken care of !!!We were heading home from the Old Log Theater in Excelsior on a Sunday afternoon when the engine overheated due to a failed quick disconnect on the heater core in our bus and we pulled over at the 1st available spot off the roadside to assess the situation.Before I even got out of the bus our Angel Nick was there asking if we needed any assistance. We were able to quickly find the problem and realize that bypassing the heater core was the quick temporary fix to get back on the road.Nick was kind enough to find and remove a brass coupling he had at his home and install it for us and refill the cooling reservoir getting us back up and on the road.Well, we made it home Nick!Thank you for being our roadside Angel !!!Give Nick @ Larson Landscape an opportunity and he will prove that he willing and capable to go the extra mile for you!Many THANKS from all of us on the bus that Sunday afternoon Nick!John - the driver“
