We got our window well cover installed about 3 years ago and it has held up fantastic in the sun, snow, hail, you name it. We got it installed during Covid so the materials took about 8 weeks and installation was another ~4 weeks. They were in communication the whole time and we absolutely love the product. Our favorite feature is the lock from below so the kids cannot open it from the top. We never worry about having people over and walking on it. It has held up to both adults and kids walking over it. We recommend the covers to many in our neighborhood!!
