Mint Roofing did a great job replacing Appletree Condominium's flat roof. They tore off the old roof in sections and ensured that the building would be protected between stages. The new roof was installed per the specifications of our Owners' Representative. The Manufacturer and Owners' Rep together walked the completed roof and approved the final product.
The Mint roofing crew and flashing crew had Supervisors to oversee the work. Mike, the Operations Manager at Mint was our day to day contact during the project and was very responsive to our concerns.
