Decided to drop our longtime “original preventive replacement plan with another company” due to terrible customer service !!!,within seconds we remembered KB service as the “company we use to have “always sent KB and we were so impressed with them and their staff so instead we chose to do a maintenance replacement plan preventive plan with KB (no more middleman) worked out wonderful, And the contract price is actually lower, within 3 to 5 days, we got our first appointment with the KB technician so very impressive!!! thank you,!!! aside from all this no more waiting time on the phone no more hold time a live person actually answers the phone and takes care... read full review
