Accountant quit working on my taxes without any communication. I had to repeatedly request communication without response. I had to go in and sit without an appointment before I was acknowledged. When taxes were filed, I paid the billed fees immediately. One month later I received a hefty late filing fee from the federal government. Another month later I received a bill from the accountant for unspecified amount of time for time spent working on taxes.

Have sent multiple emails asking for an ACH payment link with no response. Was quoted 1800$ for a clean up and and “tax preparation”. I was given an autogenerated quickbooks report for the “clean up”. Taxes never completed, when I asked about if they would complete them they said it would be an additional $400 dollars! I had already paid according to their invoicing. I’ve asked them to remove 400 for tax prep not completed with no response. $300 of that was “quickbooks set up”, which is entering company information like address, phone number. Great service. Their entire staff from the front desk to accountants are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Phone calls and questions are always returned in a timely fashion. Always greeted with a friendly smile when you walk in the door. Highly recommend using their services for all your accounting needs.
