Inails is a friendly and professional salon with a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is kind and attentive, offering beverages and ensuring clients are satisfied with their nails. The salon is trendy and modern, with soft music and themed decor. While some clients have had mixed experiences with nail length, many have been thrilled with their "Hailey Bieber" nails and overall service.
Love love love this place. I wasnt offered a drink when i sat down like the lady who was sat next to me was. However everything else was pretty on point to make me still enjoy this place and would definitely come back. The staff was still very nice and the woman who did my toes made me feel comfortable. Also she seemed to take her time especially when painting my toes. I even asked for a design and said she can do whatever design she wanted which she did not disappoint. The design is just so cute compared to other places ive been and my nail polish looks so neat and clean. Nowadays its hard to find a nail shop with reasonable prices, great staff and quality work. This was my first time visiting this salon, and I had a great experience! I was seated promptly when I arrived for my appointment. The salon was busy, with several clients being helped, and the phone was constantly ringing with customers calling to schedule — which says a lot about how in-demand they are.
Kim was my nail tech, and she did a wonderful job. She paid great attention to detail, and my nails turned out beautifully. The salon was very clean, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
We’ve been twice in the last 2 months and it is our new go to nail salon. Staff is very kind and friendly. Salon is clean and organized. Many color options and one my girls always want something done she saw online and they execute it perfectly! They have yet to have a nail break or fall off and that’s pretty awesome for teen girls who play sports. In my opinion one of the best nail salons in the north east metro. Highly recommend giving them a try!
