I've hired J. Hempel Services twice now. This job was an insurance claim. More work was needed after the original claim, and they worked with the insurance company to have that work covered also. With any insurance claim, this was a long drawn out process, but J. Hempel handled it really well and kept communication lines open with me. I was satisfied with the outcome and the quality of the work done inside and outside of my home.

Jason and his crew did a roofing job for me at my cabin. It was late in the year when I started looking around for roofing help. Jason responded to me and kept in touch with me personally when other vendors weren't calling back. He got the job done before the weather turned cold. I appreciate his flexibility and sticking to his word of getting the job done. The front office was responsive and helpful as well. I would highly recommend their services.
