I had a small leak in the roof of my steel shed. Mind you, this is about 6 years after Andy did the build. I sent him a text, and in less than 10 minutes on a Monday night, he called me and said he would be out in less than 48 hours to fix the problem. No hesitation or challenges. Andy stands behind his work and his customer service is exceptional
