Jessica did an outstanding cut for me. My hair had not been cut in about 12 months. (Spouse was in ongoing cancer treatments - is now cancer free as of yesterday!) The length was between my shoulder blades! Jessica listened to my desired short cut and offered suggestions. She checked on my thoughts throughout the session. Upon completing the cut she told me to see what I thought in the next 7 days and could make any desired adjustments at no cost.
