I reached out to Shane to change my water shutoff valve from the older gate valve to a newer ball lever valve. He was the only plumber that provided an estimate over email via a picture, which I really appreciated! Shane was thoughtful in his setup to not make a mess, worked quickly and efficiently and overall did a great job.
We had a great experience with Real Plumbing
who recently helped us update the under-sink plumbing for our new sink and garbage disposal. From start to finish, Shane was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. He took the time to do the job right and made sure everything was clean and functioning perfectly before he left.
On top of that, he was incredibly friendly—he even took a moment to say hello to our dogs, which definitely earned him some extra points in our book. It’s always nice to support someone who lives and works in the community, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.
