Jenna was great with my very anxious dog! She was so very very patient and understood the issues with my dogs past grooming history issues. She was here for several hours as my pet was a mess due to not having been groomed in quite some time. I will be using her service in the future!!!!!
The groomer was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive. They took the time to build trust before starting, making the whole experience calm and personalized.
It is worth every single penny for the convenience and the peace of mind knowing my pet received 1-on-1 attention in a low-stress environment. Highly recommended to any pet owner looking for top-tier service!
Our little senior dog, Barnaby, is a bit nervous about grooming, but Jena at Pawfection has always been so kind and patient with him. He comes out looking and feeling great every time. Highly recommend for a long term groomer you can trust with your furry friend!
