MN plumbing came to my rescue! I had purchased/install a toilet from Lowe’s and after 3 cancellations and 2 weeks of delays from their plumber and Lowe’s I gave up. Went to Home Depot on Thursday, MN plumbing came out Tuesday and installed it. Great plumber, great service. Thank you for prompt service and a great job!!
They were sent to install a dishwasher for us through Best Buy, but when they arrived our plumbing set up needed an alteration first. They were so kind and apologetic they couldn’t get the job done that day, even though it obviously wasn’t their fault. Someone was able to come a few days later and do the fix plus install the dishwasher and he was great to explain some things to me when I had questions. Great communication with the scheduler and all of the techs were super nice and friendly. We need another plumbing issue tackled soon and I will definitely be reaching out to them!
Excellent service from start to finish. They took the time to address all my questions and concerns. They made the entire process easy to understand. I came in with very little knowledge, but they clearly explained everything needed to complete our project successfully. I highly recommend them.
