Skip built me a wonderful shed back in 14 I've called twice and I emailed them in the last 2 weeks and I haven't got no response. I know it's switched hands but at least call a guy back.

Very good people to work with. Dale was very informative and receptive to my needs. Everything turned out great! FYI- they are a small operation and very busy. If you need a pole barn built in the Lakeville/Elko/Webster and surrounding areas, give them a call, but it may take a while, so while you wait, make sure you have your permit ready, site prepped, and good access to the site. The one-star reviewer clearly has the wrong company, as this business does not do residential windows or remodeling. Fredrickson Lumber and Construction builds pole buildings and sheds for farms and businesses. They put up our shed almost 20 years ago and we couldn't be happier. They do excellent work and are in high demand. I highly recommend calling Skip or Dale if you need a shed or pole building on your property.
