“The sockets and light fixtures on the west wall of our downstairs bathroom would not function. I contacted Holdens and Randy returned my call. After I explained what was going on he asked if the GCFI had been tripped as that is what it sounded like. That bathroom does not have a GCFI. Randy suggested that I look throughout the house for one. And sure enough I found the tripped GCFI in the upstairs bathroom. Who would have thought? Randy did! They could have scheduled a maintenance call and charged me for this simple fix, but Randy described to me what I needed to do and he was right on. This is the definition of customer service. I will not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you.“
