I have been in the Caregiving field now for six years and BrightStar Care St. Croix Valley is by far the best place I have ever worked. You get to pick the hours you want to work , only required 1 holiday a year and 1 weekend a month, Management is completely understanding of work / home balance and do not pressure you to take on more then you can give. I have worked facilities in the past and they could never compare to the one on one care I am able to give to my clients at BrightStar, no rushing and feeling like you are on an assembly line and having to deal with unrealistic staff to resident ratios in facilities!
I’ve been a nurse case manager here for almost 2 years. This is a close knit, friendly, welcoming place to work. There is a lot of schedule flexibility, which is important to all of us. We have a great nursing team that works very well together, along with an awesome office and therapy staff. Very rewarding work!
BrightStar Care St. Croix Valley is a one in a million company that I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family members. I knew from the moment I interviewed with BrightStar Care that this is where I wanted to be in my career, I had that "feeling" inside.The owner is by far amazing, she deeply cares about her staff and it shows, she's very compassionate and understanding. My colleagues and caregivers are top notch! I honestly have been blessed to have what I have here with my work family, love it!!
