BrightStar St. Croix Valley was the second care organization we dealt with. The first was not professional and did not communicate well with us and the staff person they set us up with. Mikie does a great job at anticipating what I need. She is necessary for me to get ready for the day. Also, she always asks if there’s a football NFL or college game on that I want to watch and she searches online to make sure I don’t miss any. She definitely goes the extra mile.
