From the beginning, working with Bright Star has felt like a partnership. They seem truly invested in making sure their clients and client families are comfortable with the care and process, and have all the information they need. We’ve always been able to reach a person for questions and everyone in the office seems to have knowledge of all of the other pieces. The caregivers are experienced, patient, and kind. Truly a great team.
