“Awesome place to get an adjustment. Felicia is super friendly and very caring. Been going here for years and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I bring my family there and both Dr. Mike and Dr. Amanda are amazing with them! Dr. Amanda adjusts my younger son, Jase, and she is so patient with him and his unique request to get adjusted all over the room. Dr. Mike adjusts my older son, Jacob, who has autism, and he feels so much better after an adjustment, he also has had minimal colds, and ear problems. Jacob will ask to get adjusted if he is feeling off! They both are so friendly and knowledgeable about chiropractic care. My significant other loves going and getting adjusted as well. “I have always been afraid to go to a chiropractor! Not sure why, just never have gone. I don't know if it was the cracking of the neck and back that bothered me or what. All I know is that I was afraid to go unless for an injury and then I would go a few times, heal a bit, and not go again until I was hurt. Well, I met Dr. Paul and that all changed.He made some great points about how I take great care of my teeth, why don't I take care of my spine? (he said a lot more than that but that really stuck with me) Hmm made me think a bit and then I signed up for regular adjustments with Dr. Paul. I only get one spine, might as well do everything that I can to keep it healthy.I have been a patient for about 5 months now and I can tell you that I feel absolutely great. I get my adjustments and do my exercises when I remember. I have recently started running again and doing strength training. I can tell you that my recovery from workouts is way better compared to before I went to the chiro.I have more energy.I am sleeping better.I no longer get tingling hands while sleeping.I no longer have hip pain.My shoulders aren't at tight and sore at end of day.I feel taller - even though I know I am still a short 5'3.So - hear it from me, take care of yourself! Not only will you reap the benefits now, you will reap them your entire life. I wish that I would have started sooner. There is a little bit of "work" that needs to be undone, but it's not as bad as it could have been 5 years from now.“
