Only reason for given a 5 star is because of Dr Hope she’s great. She shows that she cares and sits there and listens without putting things to the side or rushing to get you out of there. If I had to rate for other reason it would be 2 because they have a the tendency of lying and saying false things I never said on my portable. The also lie about supposedly calling me but they couldn’t get an answer. When I never even had a miss call. Beside that there is Dr Langevin not to happy with her at all she says she will send prescription to pharmacy she never sends it at all. First time at this clinic. The front desk staff was friendly upon my arrival. Appointment was at 10:10 and they were right on time. My doctors nurse was Judy and she was very nice. Dr Nielsen was very knowledgeable and answered all my health questions. My only complaint is there is limited off street parking.

My Thanks and Kudos to Dr. Ben Dilger! I was in to Kasson Clinic on Thursday 11/10 for my son's follow-up after an ER visit 2 days previous. Although the computers had "crashed" just prior to our arrival, he had researched my son's records the night before, from his home, and had a plan of action formulated before our appt.!! To me, this is a dedicated doctor! And Thank You, Dr. Dilger, you went above and beyond in my point of view! I told Matt that you are a "keeper" and to ask specifically for you through all follow-up visits! Thank you so much! Matt's Mom!
