I had called to get a refill for my dog's insulin. I asked for 2 vials. They had it in stock, which is great. I drove over, paid for and picked it up. They made it SO easy to get her meds. I appreciate that so much. When I lived in the Cities, I had to have them put in an authorization and get her meds through mail-order. It was always delivered promptly, however, it has to be kept refrigerated. When it was sent via mail, to keep it cold, they would send it in a box about one cubic foot in size, inside was a cooler of the same size, inside the cooler there were 3 or 4 gel-type ice packs with a little zip lock baggie containing her insulin.
