I ordered end matched knotty pine tongue and groove for the ceiling in the great room of our new home, and also a barn door made from the same material. Due to a mistake which was 100% my fault, the barn door was not what I expected. My initial feedback I gave after receiving the door, but before I realized the mistake was my own was met with a response I was not expecting. They had every right to point out my mistake. This they did not do. What they did do was to make me a replacement at no cost. This is my first ever review for any business. The wood project for our home turned out great, but even more impressive was the service and kindness that Tracy and Scott provided me during the process. They were very patient with me when it came to answering all my questions. There is no way I would have received this much help from a big corporate business. The product itself was of high quality and the price was very reasonable, but I can't stress enough that the most amazing part of this experience for me was how I was treated. Thanks for being so personable and respectful. I will be back again for my next project!
