We recently purchased a 1971 ranch in Isanti, which needed insulation improvements. So, I called Brian's Insulation and they responded promptly with a fair price. They showed up on-time, were careful to make sure the work area was protected including bedroom carpeting, and answered all of our initial questions. Since I work from a home office, I was especially appreciative of their care in minimizing any noise while they completed the job. The caulking around the light fixtures in the bathroom and the attic access door are neat and have a professional appearance. Despite the outside temperature being in the single digits and having to trudge through snow in the front yard, they managed to thread the insulation hose through the bedroom window and used blankets to cover any exposed areas while they quickly applied the insulation. They even helped repair/tighten the window screen when they were done! All in all, I am very pleased with the work and will absolutely recommend Brian’s Insulation to anyone that is looking to improve their home’s value with better insulation resulting in lower heating and cooling costs.
