Spoke with Zach via phone calls and the internet to set up an appt to go over a bid. Zach said he would get a hold of me the next day and would come between noon and 2. At 150 I got a text from Zach asking if 315 would work. I said yea. 315 came and went. At 335 I text him asking if he was coming. And again at 350. No response to either.20 hours after my appt I got a message from Zach. He stated that while in route to our appt he stopped at a gas station and got his cell phone stolen from his vehicle.
