I went in twice for severe tooth pain. Xrays were done on my bottom teeth only the first time and a referral was made. ( I did explain the the pain felt like it started on my upper teeth) Pain was awful so I made another appointment and this time the DDS did an exam ( not sure why one wasn’t done the first time) and found a cracked tooth on the upper. Once again a referral was made to the specialty clinic. My two stars is because I felt that if someone ( myself) is leaving work in the middle of the day to come in for an emergency appointment, a more through exam should be done to try and find the source of the pain. I've been visiting this clinic for 20 years. I like to have just one dentist for all my dental work. Turnover is very low and the dentists are the best you will find. Many of the Dentist are U of M graduates. No complaints.
