The place is always clean you see that right away. One of gals always say Hello right away and with a smile.All of the ladies are helpful and friendly. Now to the actual job of cutting hair, they read from their notes then ask how you want it cut...So they take the time to listen, during the cut they keep asking is this what you're thinking. So they stay very engaged with you. When done you have a very nice cut and look great... So in a nutshell a very good experience.
I had a great experience and haircut! I got a shampoo and haircut and had an enjoyable conversation with the stylist - I didn't catch his name, but I think he mentioned he was newer.
