My family was passing through international falls when our vehicle broke down at 5pm. After calling and talking to Jerry, he promised to fit us in the next morning and helped us get on the road with a new alternator by noon. We appreciated is willingness to address our vehicle so quickly and to be fair with pricing.
A few days before our camping trip to the International Falls area a check engine light appeared on our truck. Our local Chevy dealer couldn't get the part in time so we had it shipped to our campground instead. Carlson's was honest, professional, and wayyyyy cheaper than our quote from the Chevy dealer. It seems they're the only mechanic in town, so feel lucky that they're highly skilled, honest, and fairly priced.
