“We were in the market for a new washer and dryer. They were very helpful helping us pick out exactly what we wanted a washer/dryer combo. They had to special order as they did not have it in stock. They were on point when it came to delivery time and hooking the machine up. The only problem we’re having is after 2 years of use the washer stopped draining all of a sudden, and they failed to mention that they were not comfortable working on it when we bought. This purchase wasn’t just a couple houndred dollars more like a couple thousand dollars. Now we have to bring it out of town to get it fixed and stuck going to the laundromat. If you sell something you should be able to fix it.. plain and simple. If Northland sales and service was able to fix the machine they sold us we would give a 100% good review. But that is not the case here…“
