My wife and I used Minnesota Inspections to perform a routine home inspection so that we could be aware of any major issues or risks prior to closing on a new home. The inspector, John, did a very thorough job and was happy to talk through everything in detail with us onsite during the inspection. He then followed up with a very comprehensive formal report and a very helpful form that could be used to communicate any issues/requests to sellers if needed. Overall, we were quite pleased with the work done by Minnesota Inspections and the comfort their inspection gave us going into a major purchase!

John was very personable and let us walk around with him while he inspected the property. Gave us valuable information and suggested ways to fix/repair things in the house. Would definitely recommend him.
