“I had an emergency appointment scheduled for tomorrow (blind in one eye, sudden very unexpected issues in my "good" eye.) I received a call saying that the optometrist is was going see tomorrow isn't available so I'll need to reschedule. As a client for 10 years this insane. I would have gone to the ER or Urgent Care HOURS ago if I knew this was the case. I called and spoke with someone else who thankfully was able to squeeze me in at 3pm tomorrow, but please, please be wary of canceling appointments and the kindness and empathy you do when having to do so. I can't see, I'm scared, and I'm dealing with rudeness and cancelations. I've had good experiences with Southwest Eyecare for the most part, but this is the icing on my stressful, blind day.“
