I have been going to see Dr. Arvig for almost 10 years. His thorough, steady, and knowledgeable approach has helped me navigate moments of acute injury and regular maintenance. He balances expertise with getting to know his patients personally. And Zona at the front desk is always so accommodating and kind as well. Such a great combo!

Aaron in my mind saved my life! I had pain in my right knee , a couple weeks later my right hip. I went to a knee specialist then a hip specialist only to be told I am OK and to live with the pain. After suffering several more weeks I returned to to Oneka [I also used them about 8 years ago]. In a matter of minutes Aaron diagnosed the problem as my lower back and prover it with an X-ray. After a short time I was hardly hurting! I am now also working with a Neurologist and a spine specialist. I will be receiving a Cortisone injection in my lower spine next week. Aaron has given me hope of returning to a normal life.

Having the option to go weekly with a payment plan has been great! I have maintained, and been pain free for over a year. The occasional stiffness is only from over doing things now! Zona and Dr. Arvig are awesome! Clearly explaining everything and making me feel like they truly care! Thank you!
