I booked a massage here as a last minute self care thing and I was not disappointed. They had me complete intake paperwork regarding what I wanted to be worked on and it was an easy straightforward process. There is ample parking and a beautiful open floor plan inside. Upon arriving the check in was fast, Katy checked me in, was super kind, and informative. I had a cup of water before my massage and Sierra came to grab me pretty quickly. Prior to my massage she checked in with me regarding what I wanted work on, the intensity of the massage, deep tissue massage, and the use of hot stones. Sierrah is absolutely a great massage therapist!! I was in a bad car accident. I have also been getting great treatment from Hannah my Physical Therapist and the great staff as well at Wellspring. Everyone has been above and beyond kind and caring. From the time you walk in, Katy greets you at the front desk with a warm smile. The exercise staff is all smiles on deck. Quick with a joke but very hands on to know you are doing the exercise correctly. Not to mention to do the exercise beside you to help you learn the movements. Hannah saw that I was stiff and not moving well and suggested massage therapy to help the muscles release. I cannot speak highly enough about this... read full review

I’m hooked on the Sound Bath experience. So relaxing, so renewing, so good for my physical, mental, emotional wellbeing….all the things! It’s marked on my calendar as a recurring event!
