Amazing!!! Best word I can think of to describe this company’s service. I had a disaster occur and needed it resolved immediately. I contacted Melissa and she was super helpful in getting the work scheduled and Molly, the person who did the work, is now my hero! Mission accomplished and before the time I needed it done! Rainbow International of Minneapolis is a great company! They are always professional, on time and provide quality work. They put in alot of effort and pride in their work. I will definitely be calling them on future projects that come up.
We had Jack and Barry out to clean up the basement where we had a sewer backup. They did an excellent job. Jack was very helpful and understood what we needed and addressed the areas we asked about knowledgeably and in a timely fashion. They were thorough, professional and easy to work with. Outside of their control was the delay in scheduling and completing the work. Would use them again but with a hard timeline guaranteed by the manager/owner in advance of contracting the work.Services: Sewage cleanup
