Trouble since Bruce left. We have an outstanding matter from last years taxes and since Bruce left no one answers the phones and no one calls you back. My organization has left no less than 4 messages and now I'm resorting to social media to hopefully get a return call.

I wanted to use knoll tax service for my business and first phone call Intake appointment was missed. I decided to give them a second chance with in person visit but was another no show too. I don't want to do business with a company that lacks punctuality or rather show commitment.

Greg is unprofessional. I will not be taking my taxes back here. He actually asked me why I wasn’t vaccinated and proceeded to try to embarrass me asking if I had my polio shot? A business does this to a client. Wow.
