I was referred to Cove Bodywork by a friend who had a massage with Kristy. She texted me immediately after leaving and said, “You have to come here!” I had been trying to find a new massage therapist without much luck, so I booked an appointment and I was so impressed!
The space is beautiful, and Kristy was so welcoming when I arrived. Before she even worked on me, I felt like I had finally landed in the right place. Her intake was very thorough, and she listened closely to what I was hoping to get out of my session.

Just had the most relaxing and restorative massage and cupping with Kristy at Cove Bodywork. I had such a wonderful experience! The massage itself was excellent, but what really made it special were all of the thoughtful little touches. The essential oils, the cozy weighted blanket, and the heated eye pad created such a calming, spa-like atmosphere and made it easy to completely relax. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail of the experience. I left feeling refreshed, less tense, and already looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend!
