We called John around 8pm on a Sunday night after our basement started flooding. He gave my husband his thoughts on the issue and said they'd try to be out Monday to pump the tank and assess the issue. Monday they were out by 12noon, found the pipe to the drain field is froze and they said they would be out as soon as possible to work on that. True to their word, fast service. Definitely recommended!

John Henry is your GO-TO-GUY for all things related to septic system design and sewer installation! He completed my brother’s sewer project a year ago and recently gave me advice on mine. He is ethical, responsible and SO knowledgeable. When I encountered issues with my system installed by another provider in the cold spell in January 2025, he answered the phone promptly. He came over at the appointed time, steamed out my lines, and diagnosed exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Wish I had had him design and install the system two years ago when I re-did my sewer! He also has been excellent at following up with me and provided me with additional information which will help ameliorate the concerns.
